Cielo Clash Refund Policy

Effective date: October 21, 2026

This policy covers purchases of Cielo Clash, published by Cielo Hermosa, LLC. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Tournament credits (one-time)

• Before the tournament starts: a Tournament credit is fully refundable if you ask before the tournament it is used for starts tracking live battles (or before you use it at all).
• After the tournament starts: credits are not refundable, except as described under "Problems on our side" below.

Agency plan and Creator Seats (monthly subscriptions)

• You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for.
• We don't give refunds or credits for partial months or unused time.

Problems on our side

If Cielo Clash was unavailable or didn't work for a tournament because of a problem on our side, contact us and we will refund that tournament purchase or credit your account. Scores depend on TikTok's live data (see the TikTok Disclaimer). Outages or changes on TikTok's side are not covered, but tell us anyway and we'll do our best to help.

How to ask

Email hello@cielohermosa.com from the email on your account, with the date and what you bought. We answer within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law where you live.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
